Hydrogen Production

Hydrogen production is at the heart of the energy transition. We represent advanced electrolysis technologies and integrated production systems that enable efficient, reliable and scalable green hydrogen generation across a wide range of industrial applications.

 

Our capabilities include:

  • Electrolysers & Stacks

  • Balance of Plant (BoP)

  • PV-Direct Electrolyser Systems

Some of highlights from our operations;

 

We are able to offer upto 88.5% HHV at stack level, which is among the highest. This is the most significant factor determining OPEX and consequently the Break Even duration of the investment.

 

Our solutions are tested by third party institutes including Fraunhofer (Germany) and CSIRO (Australia).

We are able to offer both AEM and PEM stack and full electrolyser systems.

Besides turnkey electrolyser systems, We provide alternative solutions as well, including oxy-hydrogen generators.

Our vendors in Balance of Plant provides the utmost quality. Having been involved not only at the investor side but also at the operator side, We know very well what to consider when choosing the right equipment.

We allow integration of renewables to electrolyser systems. But only integration, We are able to offer PV-direct electolser systems. PV-direct systems generate a significant return to investors as they eliminate cost of Inverter and electricity losses. Our solutions are tested 6250 hours for repeated on/off situations; which is the necessary durability element for PV direct systems.

Hydrogen Infrastructure

A successful hydrogen economy depends on safe and efficient infrastructure. We provide technologies that support hydrogen purification, compression and storage, ensuring reliable handling and integration throughout the hydrogen value chain.

Solutions include:

  • Hydrogen Purification Systems

  • Compression Systems

  • Hydrogen Storage Solutions

We work with companies offering 99,999% hydrogen purification. This can allow an investor to use hydrogen as ingredient to derivative products. 

For high pressure requirements, We offer not only compression systems but air boosters too. Air boosters allow much lower CAPEX and OPEX. But their ability to use is dependent on factors which we can help clients. 

In hydrogen storage solutions, we work with companies both from Europe and the USA. We have the flexibility of offering wide range of storage solutions.

Water Management

Water quality plays a critical role in the performance, efficiency and long-term reliability of hydrogen production systems. Electrolysers require ultra-pure deionized (DI) water to maintain high hydrogen purity, minimize stack degradation and achieve optimum electrical efficiency. Inadequate water quality can increase energy consumption, accelerate component wear and reduce the operational lifetime of the electrolyser.

Building on our extensive experience in industrial water treatment, we provide advanced water preparation solutions specifically designed for hydrogen production facilities, ensuring a reliable supply of high-quality process water that maximizes system performance and protects valuable assets.

Solutions include:

  • Ultra Pure Deionized (DI) Water Systems

  • Water Preparation for Electrolysers

Electrolysis is done through carrying electrical load through water. Thus, the water quality is essential in determining electrolyser efficiency as it is the critical factor for stable conductivity. 


We provide turnkey ASTM Type I and Type III standard water solutions with high-end equipment.

It is possible to generate required water quality from;

  • Well water

  • Process water

  • Wastewater

Although often overlooked, water preparation is one of the key factors influencing electrolyser efficiency, stack durability and the overall economics of green hydrogen production. Selecting the right water treatment system from the outset helps reduce lifecycle costs, improve operational reliability and maximize return on investment
